IV88 Thermo

The Thermo system is our response to the ever increasing cost of energy carriers.
 
Thermo 88 woodwork combines perfect performance parameters and a very low heat transfer coefficient.
 
Standard Thermo 88 windows have 3 gaskets.
 
The heat transfer coefficient for the test dimension of Thermo 88 windows is Uw = 0,8 W/m2K, which means that the window can be used in passive construction.

 

 

 

Wooden Windows

  • Construction
  • Single-frame, frame and sash cross-section: 88 x 81 mm. If technically possible, we can provide any shape and size of the window.
  • Material
  • Three-layer glued scantling, homogeneous or combined in length. Wood types: pine, mahogany, meranti, oak.
  • Sound insulation
  • Sound reduction for the standard unit Rw = 31 dB. Glazing unit with improved sound absorption (option) for Rw = 34-42 dB, depending on a selected glazing unit.
  • Heat permeability
  • The heat transfer coefficient for the window with the test dimensionis Uw – 0.8 W / m2K
  • Glazing
  • Triple-glazing, twin-chamber (4-18Ar-4-18Ar-4), 48mm unit, the heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.5 W / m2K (EN-PN 674), inter-pane cavity filled with krypton. Ornamental glass, safe, with sun protection properties – option. The maximum thickness of the double paned unit is 48mm. Aluminum Spacer. Warm edge spacer (grey) – standard.
  • Window muntins
  • Vienna (glued wooden + internal aluminum
    widths: 22, 32, 42mm), inter-pane, constructionwidths: 60mm or 80mm.
  • Fittings
  • Roto NT locking fittings with micro-ventilation and anti-burglary catch.
    Wrong handle position blockade – option.
    Anti-burglary fittings – option.
  • How to open
  • R (side hung windows), U (tilt windows), RU (tilt & turn windows).
  • Colour
  • Transparent paints according to Sigma Coatings colour chart.
    Opaque paints according to RAL and NCS colour charts.
    4 coating system, impregnation, primer, interlayer, topcoat.
  • Gaskets
  • Gasket in rebate – with closed profile TPE manufactured
    by Deventer or Primo.
    Sash –double gasket.
    Frame – gasket in upper and vertical elements (grey or brown color)
  • Drip
  • Aluminum drip, frames and sash by BUG.
    White, silver, olive, and graphite anodized Alutechnik.
    AL coloured drip – option.
    Wood-coated drip – option.
  • Silicone
  • Silikon Wacker lub Perennator, colours: transparent, white, light brown, dark brown, black.
  • Handles
  • Hoppe Secustic Atlanta handle in white, silver, olive.
    Key-lockable handle in colors as above – option.
    Handle with a button in colors as above – option.
